So what area sells some armor upgrades ? Im still using the Char Armor and its pretty UGLY imo ...Also someone gave me a +30 health rune that Im reluctant to socket into this Char armor . Can runes be reused or are they permanent once ya socket them ?
Also curious about Nightfall . Iv'e read you can go over to Nightfall at a certain point in Prophecies . Will I start off in the opening city like when you make a new character ? Seems kind of worthless having a level 17 - 20 or so character going there ...

So basically, Mending Touch and Rebirth are the only Monk skills you should be using. Unfortunately, Mending Touch is a Nightfall only skill, so you will only have Rebirth. However, thats still better than 95% of W/Mo's out there.
Btw, don't ever, ever think about using Mending. Seriously.

yea mending sucks
also mending sucks
and may as well just go W/E
DONT USE THIS
this skill sucks IMO as well cause its just adjacent foes but i know a lot of wars use it but it still sucks IMO only works in a farming build if u want to run in and get jumped by all the opponents and i also see it as a "bad starting out skill" as what i mean by that as u use it for when u start out and keep using it cause it seems to work but its better attacks out there that can replace it
o and dont use this

runes can be reused, but you may destroy the armor in the process.
I think the next armor upgrade for you is in Lions Arch, but I may be wrong. LA is also where you go to get to NF areas (providing you have the campaign). When you go over there, you join the storyline a bit later on, and you do quests more designed for your level.

I finally made my way through Lions Arch tonight and into the Nightfall area . I did a couple quests and I was wondering where I find the heroes at but couldnt find them so I went back to finish up some quests in Kryta . I hit level 16 along the way and Im still wondering when and where I'll be able to get out of this nasty looking Gladiator armor and into some nice Plate Mail .. What town do I have to be in to find some good looking armor btw ?
Also I found a Yellow Buzzing Sword of some such . Is this a unique weapon or fairly common ? Figures Im making an axe build and I find a decent weapon and its a sword . I might try to trade it for an axe of equal statistics but that trade channel kills me just enabling it . Also salvaged a +2 hammer skills / -35 health rune . Would that be worth anything on the market ? I haven't even tried trading anything yet and have no idea of trade values ..

I guess I dont understand how crafting armor or weapons works either . Iv'e been saving all those cloths , wood planks , and such but never seem to find an armorer that will do anything with them . Am I missing something here , and what exactley does skins mean ? Seems like every new town I come to they sell the same armor . I did manage to find gladiator armor just recently but the defense was the same as my char armor and its ugly too ...

Ok, skins are just what your armor looks like. PlateMail has a different skin to Elite Sunspear (logically :P)
Anyway - as a Warrior I don't think you need cloth to craft armor, that's for casters. You'll need Iron and Steel Ingots to craft armor. Use guildwiki.org to look at the different types of armors and what you need to craft them.
Oh, if you need any help at all in the game (whether it's help with a mission or just a weapon upgrade) add me to your friends list as Dendra The Mighty and whisper me sometime.
EDIT: The ‘yellow’ weapon you found – we call them ‘gold’ not ‘yellow’ :P. It probably isn’t particularly valuable unless it’s ‘…of Fortitude HP +30’ or one of the other highly sought after mods. Post a picture or a description so someone can tell you.

Prophecies armor are now inscriptible. Which means the various bonuses you can have on an armor piece are sold seperately.
You need to buy insignae at the rune trader to add bonus to your armor.
Some insignae are profession specific, others are available for all professions.

Nah, i got plenty of spare time ingame.
I've achieved most of the stuff I wanted to. On my list now is beat Prophecies without any shortcuts.
EDIT: Looked at the skills JD suggested.
Frenzy is probably a bad idea, considering that you have Healing Signet on your bar.
